Join the 6th cohort of Amey's Service to Success programme, a unique employability initiative designed to support Service Leavers, Veterans and those preparing for the transition into meaningful civilian careers. Building on the success of previous cohorts, Service to Success provides direct access to industry experts, business leaders, employability support and career opportunities across one of the UK's leading infrastructure and engineering organisations.

Over four immersive days, you will gain valuable insight into Amey, explore career opportunities across multiple sectors, develop your professional skills and build a network of peers and mentors who will support your transition journey.

Unlike traditional careers events, Service to Success offers a structured and supportive pathway into employment, combining immersive learning, direct access to business leaders, personalised mentoring, employability support, work experience opportunities and guaranteed interviews for relevant vacancies.

What Will You Gain?

Participants will gain valuable insight into careers across infrastructure, facilities management, transport and consultancy while connecting directly with senior leaders, hiring managers and subject matter experts from across Amey. The programme combines professional development and employability workshops with personalised mentoring and transition support, helping Service Leavers build confidence and prepare for civilian careers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to develop their professional network alongside fellow Service Leavers and Veterans, access work experience opportunities and be considered for guaranteed interviews for relevant live vacancies. Following the programme, participants will continue to benefit from ongoing peer, pastoral and employability support as they progress into their next career move.

Who Should Apply?

This programme is ideal for Service Leavers who are within approximately 12 months of leaving the Armed Forces, or who are beginning to prepare for their transition into civilian employment.
